TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms and Conditions (TOS) my be altered at any time to descretion of the dCosm.com. Each user should at all times be aware of their obligations pursuant the TOS at all times. Falure to comply with the TOS will result in the immediate deletion of the user's account. These TOS cover all accounts.
PRIVACY
All information provided by the user is strictly confidential. dCosm.com will not release any personal information about the user without permission unless one of the below conflict(s).
If user select to show information publicly
If user has violated the dCosm.com Terms of Service
If the user has committed unlawful acts
If the information is subpoenead
If dCosm.com deems it necessary or appropriate
AGE REQUIREMENT
All users must be at least 13 years of age; otherwise; parental consent must be given. If parental consent is denied; the account will be immediately closed with no refund of credits or dollars.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
User agrees that the use of dCosm.com's services is entirely at User's own risk. dCosm.com services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, constructive, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
dCosm.com makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of dCosm.com's services. In no event shall dCosm.com be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use dCosm.com's services or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS
Any individual who attempts to reverse, engineer, hack, gain unauthorized entry into or undermine the system integrity of this site (including attempting to access any internal part of the site from an offsite location) will have their account(s) removed from dCosm.com and any future accounts closed. Such incidents will be legally followed through with the fullest extent of the law.
ACCOUNTS
We do not allow multiple accounts.
Rapid Refreshing of Game; please try not to refresh the game unless otherwise noted.
TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT
Individuals who no longer wish to use dCosm.com may terminate their accounts by contacting the admin of the site.
PAYMENTS ETC.
Users agree that any payments tied to their account that are a charged back or refunded and they wish to continue to use dCosm.com, they will need to pay a fee of $40.00 USD per charge/revoke. Once a charge is made to an account, that charge cannot be switched to another account. Make sure all orders are placed to the proper account.
FORUM
Understand that forums are posted by users of the site and we have no control over the content, we do however not allow the following:
Sexually Explicit Material, Suggestive Material, and Lude Language in the form of Images/Videos/Stories/Conversations/etc can be removed at the decression of the moderaters.
Flaming (Making a post for the sole purpose of negative or derogetory comments towards a user and/or the content of the thread.)
Spamming unless otherwise noted. (Bumping is allowed as long as it is stated in the thread rules of said rules created; however; post must be at least a minute apart.)
Advertising is not allowed unless otherwise stated in the thread rules.
OTHER
Botting is not allowed nor is the monetary gain of selling any dCosm.com item or account.
ADDENDUM
Each game of dCosm.com may have thier own terms of services or rules. These terms of services or rules are in addition to the TOS of dCosm.com and do not replace the TOS of dCosm.com. Violation of these terms of service and/or rules are considered to be a violation of the TOS of dCosm.com and will be dealt with accordingly. Users should familiarize themselves with all terms of services and rules before use of product or service. Failure to be familiar with all terms of services and rules is not an excuse for breaking them and will not be accepted as a defence of your account.
